September 9 – All raffle tickets and $ turned in. Tickets and money can NOT be turned in the day of the drawing.

Per the State of Montana Department of Justice, Gambling Control Division Nonprofits may sell raffle tickets outside the state of Montana if the purchase is not prohibited in the jurisdiction in which the purchaser resides. Nonprofits registered with the department may sell raffle tickets online (credit cards sales ARE STILL PROHIBITED).
Montana Shares and our member groups have been approved by DOJ to sell raffle tickets online for 2024 Montana Shares raffle with DEBIT cards only on our website www.montanashares.org/raffle.

Kristi has sent your group a ticket with your groups acronym added to the raffle sheet. You may have noticed that the ticket has been redesigned and we now accept DEBIT card payments on our website www.montanashares.org/raffle. If you need another copy of the ticket with your groups acronym just email Kristi.
Tickets are 6 tickets per sheet, $10 for 1 ticket, $25 for 3 tickets, and $40 for 6 tickets or 18 tickets for $100!

FUNDRAISING COMMITMENTS: Members are committed to raising $450.00 by the Fall
Meeting. For every additional $100 above those commitments, add 1 point on 3rd quarter points
report.
Policy on raffle:
6. Produce a prize valued at $100 minimally each year for the Montana Shares raffle.
7. Commit to raising $450.00 by the Fall Meeting of each year for the core budget of
Montana Shares. Groups are not required to participate in the raffle, but it is the
recommended activity to raise the revenues to meet this commitment. Points are
available to member groups for recognition of contributions above the required amount in
increments of $100.
