Updates:

1. At around 8 minutes and 30 seconds, we talk about the raffle. New members do not have to provide a prize the first year they join, but they are required to sell $450 in tickets.
   
2. Also, MT Department of revenue has been really good about educating nonprofits about raffles. Now we can sell tickets, we do not have to deal with the donation angle.
